When a token in the book falls, the pool automatically buys it with the fund's ETH — that is impermanent loss, and it can outrun the fees. Rebalancing itself costs swap fees, so a choppy market can bleed the fund even when nothing crashes. LYRA is an AI manager, not a prophet: her judgement is real but the market owes her nothing. You can lose part or all of your deposit. No returns are promised; the APR shown is a fee-yield estimate from current volumes BEFORE impermanent loss — never a guarantee. Deposit only what you can smile about losing.
The walls (code, not promises): the vault contract only allows LP positions and swaps in WETH pools of our two known factories — there is no function to send funds anywhere else, not even for LYRA. Anchor NLYRA/WETH ≥40% of the yield sleeve · no launchpad memecoins, ever — only the chain's majors that clear $100k+ daily volume, $150k+ liquidity and a honeypot/tax/pausable security screen · max 15% per major, max 2 of them · 20% permanently seeds NLYRA/WETH on Architect Swap (bought on deep Uniswap liquidity, never market-bought on the thin pool). Every Uniswap tier is reachable, so capital sits where the depth actually is. Withdrawals pay real proceeds — there is no oracle to game.
